What a welcome for Jim Kelly.

The Hall of Fame quarterback announced in 2013 that he was dealing with cancer in his jaw, stemming from squamous cell carcinoma. While he is now cancer-free, he had a scare in 2014 when his cancer returned, leading to rigorous chemotherapy treatments over the course of five months. Kelly received another setback soon after when he developed a staph infection in his bones, which required another eight weeks of treatment.

Now, however, Kelly is doing well, and he made an appearance at the 2015 NFL Draft to announce the Bills' 50th pick.

Before he could even say a word, the crowd in Chicago rose to its feet to give him a well deserved ovation.
