Look, we know smart people on "Jeopardy!" don't always know about sports. It's a big world out there, and, surprise, there's more to it than your favorite team.
That doesn't change the fact it's still hilarious to watch these generally intelligent people whiff on toss-ups, and we got just such a moment Thursday when all three game-show contestants — who obviously don't know anything about football — whiffed on five straight clues.

Luckily, host Alex Trebek was there to add some comedy to the final moments before the break.
