The Patriots are headed to Super Bowl 52.

Brady completed a late comeback for the Patriots' 24-20 win over the Jaguars in the AFC championship game at Gillette Stadium on Sunday. Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles and running back Leonard Fournette led the Jags to a 14-3 lead in the second quarter. Bortles finished the game 23-for-36 passing with 293 yards and a touchdown. Fournette finished with 76 yards on 24 carries and one touchdown.

Bortles failed to complete what would have been a comeback drive with two minutes left. His pass on fourth-and-14 from the Patriots' 40 was batted away by Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore. The Patriots took over on first down, and James White rushed for a first down to seal the win.

Rob Gronkowski left the game during the second quarter after a hit to his head sent him through concussion protocol. Gronkowski was declared out for the rest of the game.

Brady will make his eighth Super Bowl appearance Sunday, Feb. 4. The Patriots will face the winner of the Vikings-Eagles game.
