Clearly, diehard Patriots fan and Massachusetts bar owner Chuck Horne isn't one to cry in his beer.

So instead of seeing the glass half-empty, he has chosen to see it poured to the top in support of quarterback Tom Brady.

Horne told ESPN.com's Darren Rovell that his bar's custom-brewed Free Brady Blonde IPA has been a top draft pick, selling more than 500 pints in the six days after its debut at his Eagle Brook Saloon in Norfolk, Mass., less than three miles from Gillette Stadium, the Pats' home field.

"A wrong has been committed, and we as Patriots fans want to support Tom Brady," the saloon's menu reads. A dollar from each $6.75 pint sold will be donated to a charity of Brady's choice, the bar pledges.

"We just feel like the NFL is taking a shot at the big guy on the block to make a statement," Horne said. "It's ridiculous."

Robert Kraft said at the recent league meetings the Patriots won't appeal the $1 million fine and the loss of two draft picks from Deflategate. Brady is appealing his four-game suspension, which will be heard by commissioner Roger Goodell despite the NFLPA's request to recuse himself from the hearing.
