Despite undergoing season-ending back surgery and suffering a broken arm that forced him to miss five games this season, DeMarcus Ware says he's not done playing professional football.
In an Instagram post Saturday, Ware, 34, said he's not ready to hang it up just yet.
However, Ware does not have a contract lined up for the 2017 season.

In his 12th NFL season, the most recent injury blow could have been enough to compel Ware to call it a career. He certainly doesn't have much left to accomplish in the game, particularly after picking up a long-sought Super Bowl title last season.
The nine-time Pro Bowl selection has been named first- or second-team All-Pro seven times. He's eighth all-time with 138.5 sacks, including four this season. The once-durable defensive force didn't miss a game from 2005-12.
Ware shouldn't have any trouble finding work next season, though it may be on a one-year deal with far less than the $10 million average annual value he had in Denver.
