The call that reversed Dez Bryant’s fourth-down converting catch caused Cowboy fans everywhere pain, grief and outrage. And one fan believes he deserves more than $88 billion for his suffering.

According to WFAA in Dallas,Terry Hendrix, a current inmate at at Fremont Correctional Facility in Cañon City, Colorado and clearly an avid Cowboys fan, is suing the NFL for $88,987,654,321.88 after the replay reversal call negated the chronicled Bryant catch late in the NFC Divisional game against the Packers.

In his handwritten lawsuit submitted Wednesday, Hendrix mentions NFL Vice President of Officiating Dean Blandino, referee Gene Steratore and Commissioner Roger Goodell by name and requests the money "for but not limited to: negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and also reckless disregard."

Hendrix said the video review and reversal was “fraud” and “gross negligence” that caused “gross injury” to his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

"Dean Blandino, Gene Steratore, and Roger Goodell are wrong and have stolen a victory from the plaintiffs," Hendrix wrote. "The Cowboys' offensive line would have perfectly created an 'Autobahn' for DeMarco Murray to drive into the endzone for the score and victory."

Hendrix said he serves as counsel for "Dez Bryant, all Dallas Cowboys fans and all people in or from the sovereign republic of Texas” in his pursuit of a sum that begins and ends with the number 88, Bryant’s jersey number.

Hendrix asked that the suit move before a court within 35 days and that all court fees be waived.
