Parry has been charged with suspicion of robbery, auto theft, criminal damage, resisting arrest and driving under the influence, according to police in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale.

According to a police report obtained by the Indianapolis Star, the 24-year-old Parry was among three people picked up at downtown bar and driven to a Scottsdale apartment complex in a street-legal golf cart that was being used as a taxi.

When the driver stopped to drop off the other two passengers and exited to collect payment, Parry then allegedly hit the driver in the head and tried to flee in the golf cart.

Officers later got a call of a hit-and-run and found the cart crashed into a gate.

Parry, a fifth-round draft pick from Stanford in 2015, was spotted by police walking drunk down the street and arrested.

The 6-2, 310-pound Parry has started every Colts game over the last two years and has 78 tackles with four sacks, three of which came last season.
