Patrick Mahomes is the current favorite to win the NFL MVP Award, but the Chiefs are taking no chances.
The Chiefs have released a video promoting their quarterback for the prestigious award. It's got many of Mahomes' greatest hits this season, from long bombs to short darts, from his left-handed toss to the crazy, no-look pass. In case MVP voters are not convinced by the on-field evidence, the video also features plenty of hyperventilating sportscaster hyperbole ("Mahomes is a gift from the football gods!") along with some of those fan-reaction takes that are so popular on YouTube.

It's not like the video is going to make up any voter's mind, although some may still be undecided; Saints quarterback Drew Brees was favored to win the award on online betting sites until relatively recently, and he's still a close second in betting odds.
Mahomes has passed for 4,816 yards and 48 touchdowns, and will add to those totals in the Chiefs' regular-season finale against the Raiders on Sunday.
