The exact figure is unclear, but Breshad Perriman's reported 40 time at UCF's pro day Wednesday is still epic.

Perriman, a wide receiver, was hand-timed between 4.19 seconds and 4.27 seconds, according to NFL.com.

That would have blown away the field at this year's Scouting Combine. The lower end, if it was official, would have eclipsed the Combine record of 4.24 set by former East Carolina running back Chris Johnson in 2008. NFL.com reported that Perriman's time will be listed as between 4.24 and 4.27.

NFL.com noted that hand times are faster than the electronic times recorded at the Combine, but so what? Perriman still ripped off a huge run that will earn him notice from teams.
