Bengals vs. Ravens final score, results: Justin Tucker FG gives Baltimore last-second win over Cincinnati image

Justin Tucker was the hero once again for Baltimore as the Ravens toppled the Bengals 19-17 on "Sunday Night Football."

The NFL's most accurate kicker drilled a game-winning field goal from 43 yards out as time expired. It was the 19th game-winning kick in Tucker's career.

Joe Burrow led the Bengals (2-3) on a 16-play, 75-yard drive to take the lead with less than two minutes to play. But with 1:57 on the clock and all three timeouts remaining, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens (3-2) went to work.

A Jackson 19-yard scramble got Baltimore into field goal range, and moments later he plowed ahead for another important first down that allowed the Ravens to run the clock down to three seconds.

After that, the win was hardly in doubt with Tucker waiting in the wings.

The victory pushed the Ravens into first place in the AFC North.

Bengals vs. Ravens live updates, highlights from 'Sunday Night Football' game

11:22 p.m. — That'll do it for our live coverage. The Ravens get a vital win over their AFC North rivals thanks to a game-winning 43-yard field goal by Justin Tucker.

11:20 p.m. — That was a gutsy drive by Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. They had lost a couple of heartbreakers at home already this season, but they delivered when it mattered most to come away with a massive win.

11:18 p.m. FINAL — THE KICK IS GOOD. TUCKER WALKS IT OFF FOR THE RAVENS. HE IS AUTOMATIC.

11:17 p.m. — Jackson continues to plow ahead as the Bengals have to start using their timeouts. After he picks up a first-down gain, the Ravens can now run the clock all the way down. This game will come down to the highly-qualified right foot of Justin Tucker.

11:15 p.m. — THERE GOES JACKSON. He comes up with a huge play, scrambling forward for a gain of 19 yards to move Baltimore to the edge of field goal range.

11:13 p.m. — The Ravens get the ball back with 1:57 left on the clock and all three timeouts. In other words, all the time in the world. They start their drive with a pair of completions to Andrews to get things going.

Bengals 17, Ravens 16

11:10 p.m. — WOAH. McPherson's extra point looked like it passed directly over the right upright, but the officials say the kick was good. That was dangerously, dangerously close to a miss. In fact, if it hadn't been high of the upright I think that might have clanged off of it.

Ravens 16, Bengals 16

11:06 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — AND THEY'RE IN. Burrow muscles it into the end zone with the help of a teammate. The Bengals are an extra point away from taking the lead.

11:05 p.m. TWO-MINUTE WARNING — Mixon bulldozes his way down to the 1-yard line, but not quite into the end zone. Two minutes left and the Bengals are knocking on the door.

11:02 p.m. — On 3rd and 5, Chase makes a great catch in coverage to set up 1st and goal. What a clutch play by the Bengals' top receiver.

11 p.m. — This is building towards an exciting finish. The Bengals have it inside the red zone with less than 4 minutes to play and a chance to take the lead.

10:59 p.m. — Cincinnati keeps chipping away. Chase comes up with a pair of catches, then Boyd gets an important catch of his own on 3rd and 1 to pick up another first down.

10:56 p.m. — Mixon finds some running room to start the drive, with back-to-back carries for 7 and 10 yards. Then another defensive holding call gives the Bengals a fresh set of downs near midfield.

10:52 p.m. — You have to wonder if the Ravens' tough loss last week against Buffalo had some effect on the decision to take the points there. They went for it on 4th and goal in that game with the score tied and it ended up backfiring on them.

Ravens 16, Bengals 10

10:50 p.m. FIELD GOAL — Tucker puts it through from close range. The Bengals will have another chance to take the lead on the upcoming possession.

10:47 p.m. — On 3rd and 6, Jackson goes to tight end Isaiah Likely but he gets stopped just short of the line to gain. The Ravens' offense stayed on the field to try and lure the Bengals offsides, but to no avail. Tucker will come on looking to extend the lead to 6 points.

10:44 p.m. — Jackson escapes the pocket and throws on the run to Duvernay for a nice pickup on 1st down. Then a Drake run (plus a defensive holding penalty) moves the Ravens into the red zone.

10:41 p.m. — Who else? With the Ravens facing an important 3rd and 7, Andrews once again comes up with a catch to move the chains. He's up to 6 receptions for 75 yards and a touchdown tonight.

10:39 p.m. — Another big catch for Andrews down the left sideline results in a 19-yard gain. He has truly become one of the NFL's premier tight ends.

End of third quarter: Ravens 13, Bengals 0

10:36 p.m. — Jackson connects with Andrews for a gain of 20 to move the Ravens out from near their own goal line. A Jackson scramble that picks up another first down will be the final play of the third quarter.

10:33 p.m. TURNOVER ON DOWNS — That didn't work either. Burrow attempted some kind of shovel pass but it was doomed from the start. A big stand by the Ravens' defense has kept their lead intact.

10:29 p.m. — Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor tried some trickery on 2nd and goal, but the Ravens absolutely blew it up. Receiver Tyler Boyd was looking to throw but Marcus Peters rocked him for a loss of 12 instead. After a completion to Ja'Marr Chase, it'll be 4th and goal from the 2-yard line and it looks like the Bengals will go for this.

10:28 p.m. — Another 3rd down situation for Burrow as the Ravens force 3rd and 5. A pass to Hurst falls incomplete, but the officials call another pass interference penalty on Baltimore to keep the drive alive.

10:26 p.m. — Cincy faces a 3rd and 6 on the edge of the red zone. Burrow finds Perine, who rumbles for the first down.

10:23 p.m. — The Bengals get the ball back and begin moving it methodically down the field. Burrow then takes a deep shot for Chase and it falls incomplete — but it does draw a defensive pass interference call on Marcus Peters. That will move the ball inside the Ravens' 40-yard line.

Ravens 13, Bengals 10

10:17 p.m. FIELD GOAL —  And that's why he's the best in the business. He blasts it through from 58 yards out to give the Ravens the lead once again.

10:15 p.m. — Baltimore is able to pick up a few yards, but Drake gets smothered on 3rd and 5 to bring up 4th down. It'll be a long field goal attempt, but Justin Tucker is the best in the business so they'll send him in.

10:12 p.m. INTERCEPTION — INSTANT RESPONSE. Burrow goes deep to Ja'Marr Chase on 1st down and immediately it's picked off by Patrick Queen. Another big momentum swing, this time it's in favor of the home team.

10:11 p.m. — WOW. The Ravens go for it all on 4th down and Jackson had Tylan Wallace wide open. Wide. Open. But he overthrew him. That should have been a touchdown, instead it's a turnover on downs and the Bengals will take over.

10:09 p.m. — Dobbins picks up a first down to get the drive going, but he gets stuffed on the next play before Jackson misses Duvernay on a deep ball. On 3rd and 11, Jackson finds Andrews for a gain of 8 but it's not enough to move the chains. It looks like John Harbaugh will keep the offense on the field on 4th and 3.

10:05 p.m. START OF SECOND HALF — McPherson kicks off to start the second half and bounces it out of bounds down the right sideline. A blunder there by the kicker, and the Ravens start with the ball on the 40-yard line.

10 p.m. — Burrow (12/18, 139 YDs, 1 TD) has the edge over Jackson (10/17, 87 YDs, 1 TD, 1 INT) on the stat sheet at halftime. This despite the Bengals' offense looking like a train wreck for the entire first quarter.

9:53 p.m. — Ravens fans have seen this one before. In their last two home games, they've blown leads of 21 and 17 points (to Miami and Buffalo, respectively). This one is far from over, but they've already given up a 10-point lead tonight.

End of first half: Ravens 10, Bengals 10

Ravens 10, Bengals 10

9:49 p.m. FIELD GOAL — McPherson smashes it through and we are tied.

9:47 p.m. — With 13 seconds left in the half, the Bengals are facing 3rd and 7 with no timeouts left. Burrow drops back but hastily throws it away, never had a chance there. Evan McPherson will come on with a chance to tie it.

9:45 p.m. — Here come the Bengals. Their offense is starting to click now, and they've moved it down near the red zone after an 18 yard reception by Tyler Boyd.

9:42 p.m. — The Ravens' defense forces a quick 3rd and 10, but Samaje Perine makes the catch and runs for a gain of 15 to move the chains. Big play there to keep the drive alive as the second quarter winds down.

9:39 p.m. TWO-MINUTE WARNING — A few minutes ago, it looked like the Ravens were in excellent shape to go into halftime up by double-digits. Now, Burrow and Co. can take the lead with a touchdown on this drive. That interception has already proven very costly.

9:35 p.m. — The Ravens are looking to atone for their mistake on the last possession. They pick up a first down after another Duvernay catch, but as they're nearing midfield the Bengals get a sack to set up 3rd and 12. Baltimore can't convert and they'll have to punt it away.

Ravens 10, Bengals 7

9:26 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — After runs from Mixon and Burrow move the Bengals into the red zone, the Cincinnati quarterback connects with Hurst again. The former Raven fights forward and reaches across the plane for a touchdown. Huge momentum swing off of the turnover.

9:23 p.m. — Finally, some signs of life from Cincy's offense. Mixon strings together a few nice runs, then Mike Thomas catches a pass from Burrow and scurries for a big gain of 33 yards to move down to the Baltimore 30-yard line.

9:19 p.m. INTERCEPTION — Big mistake by Lamar. He looks to throw to Demarcus Robinson but he airmails the receiver and it goes straight into the hands of Vonn Bell. That was a missed opportunity to extend the lead even further.

9:17 p.m. — Jackson scrambles on 1st down for a gain of 12, then Kenyan Drake breaks loose to pick up 14 more yards to move into Bengals territory.

9:13 p.m. — Joe Mixon picks up a couple of yards on 1st down, but Burrow is sacked for a big loss on 2nd down to bring up 3rd and 14. Hurst makes the catch again but he's short of the line to gain. The struggles continue for the Bengals' offensive line.

9:10 p.m. — That's Andrews' 4th touchdown of the season. Impressive stats from the big man out of Oklahoma.

Ravens 10, Bengals 0

9:07 p.m. TOUCHDOWN — The Bengals' defense blows its coverage on 3rd down to leave Mark Andrews wide open. Jackson connects with his tight end, allowing him to waltz into the end zone for a touchdown.

9:05 p.m. — Duvernay gets it again and scurries for a first down. Mike Davis then plows forward for a few yards before an incompletion brings up 3rd and 7.

End of first quarter: Ravens 3, Bengals 0

9:02 p.m. — Another catch for Duvernay has Baltimore inside the Cincinnati 30-yard line. After a pair of runs picks up 8, they'll face 3rd and 2 to start the second quarter.

8:57 p.m. — Another three-and-out for the Bengals. Burrow runs for a short gain on 1st down before an incompletion brings up 3rd and 8. Hayden Hurst makes the catch, but gets smothered short of the marker to bring out the punter again. VERY sluggish start for this Cincy offense.

8:51 p.m. — The defensive holding is followed up by an offensive holding penalty to move the Ravens back 10 yards. On 3rd and 15, Jackson scrambles and it briefly looked like he might break free, but he gets tripped up by the ankles to bring up 4th down. It'll be another punt.

8:47 p.m. — Dobbins breaks free again for a nice gain of 17 yards to start the drive, but a pair of Jackson incompletions brings up 3rd and 10. The Bengals get a sack and it looks like they've gotten off the field, but a costly defensive holding call gives the Ravens a free first down.

8:42 p.m. — The Bengals get the ball back, but a pair of ineffective running plays quickly sets up 3rd and 12. Burrow drops back and is swallowed up by Jason Pierre-Paul, who gets his first sack as a Raven. Another Cincinnati punt upcoming.

Ravens 3, Bengals 0

8:38 p.m. FIELD GOAL — Tucker's kick is true from 37 yards for the first points of the night.

8:37 p.m. — Duvernay gets the ball twice more in quick succession, pushing the Ravens close to the red zone. But a pair of incompletions brings up 3rd and 8, and the Ravens can't convert. Justin Tucker will come out to attempt a field goal.

8:34 p.m. — Jackson finds Mark Andrews for a completion, then J.K. Dobbins pushes ahead to move the chains. On the ensuing 1st down, a botched snap ends up in the hands of Devin Duvernay, who bursts forward for a gain of 17 yards. Lucky break for Baltimore there.

8:30 p.m. — After the positive start, Cincy's drive fizzles out and they'll have to punt it away. Ouch, it was a poor punt too. The Ravens will get decent field position on their first offensive drive of the game.

8:24 p.m. — On the first play from scrimmage, Burrow finds top target Ja'Marr Chase for an 11-yard pickup.

8:20 p.m. KICKOFF — The Bengals will receive the opening kickoff. Justin Tucker boots it for a touchback and we are underway.

8:17 p.m. — Whoever wins tonight will move to 3-2 and take over first place in the AFC North. It's still early in the season, but this feels like a pivotal game to decide who will win the division.

8:14 p.m. — Tonight's forecast in Baltimore: clear skies with temperatures in the mid-50s. A beautiful night for football.

8:03 p.m. — The Ravens haven't won a regular-season game at M&T Bank Stadium since Nov. 28, 2021. That's 315 days without a home victory. Baltimore fans will be hoping that streak ends tonight.

7:53 p.m. — Joe Burrow and the Bengals beat the Ravens in both meetings last year. They'll be looking to make it three in a row over their division rivals.

7:37 p.m. — Lamar Jackson takes the field in Baltimore. He was electric in Weeks 2 and 3 but struggled in last week's loss to the Bills. Will he bounce back tonight on Sunday Night Football?
