Oops: New Chargers coach Anthony Lynn forgets team moved to Los Angeles image

Anthony Lynn seemed to forget in which city his new team now resides.

During the now-Los Angeles Chargers' new conference that introduced Lynn as the team's new head coach, Lynn flubbed his opening line and called them by their old San Diego name.

AL-KHATEEB: Lynn not sexy pick, but the right one

Oops.

While it would be understandable if Lynn botched the name in the middle of his speech — the Chargers did spend more than 50 years in San Diego — he was barely five words in.

The Chargers were also likely embarrassed by the mistake.

When the team posted Lynn's introduction on its website, it conveniently began the video after the introduction when Lynn was taking questions.
