A juror from Aaron Hernandez's murder trial has been dismissed for a misleading answer on a pre-trial questionnaire about how many Patriots games she has attended.

Judge E. Susan Garsh said that there was "credible evidence" that the juror attended more Patriots games than she stated on the questionnaire, and that she has talked about the case outside of the courtroom, according to the Boston Globe.

Garsh said that the juror posed "a substantial risk" to the fairness of the trial after it was disclosed that the juror said it would be hard to convict Hernandez without a weapon.

The judge questioned the woman after ordering everyone in the courtroom out on Tuesday, resulting in a delay of testimony.

The trial resumed Tuesday after a one-day hiatus due to the Northeastern snowstorms.
