Former Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron is rolling back to Tuscaloosa, Ala.

McCarron is opening a build-your-own sushi restaurant in downtown Tuscaloosa, according to Alabama's student newspaper, The Crimson White.

The Cincinnati Bengals backup quarterback will be a co-owner of the sushi bar, called Ajian Sushi, with main operator Pete Zimmer. The sushi bar is slated to open June 1.

Zimmer reached out to McCarrron after running into Bengals teammate Michael Johnson, and after a few conversations, McCarron texted Zimmer, "I'm in, let's do this."

For McCarron's sake, let's hope his second venture in Tuscaloosa is as successful as his first.
