TCU didn't make the 2015 College Football Playoff. It didn't make the National Championship game. Still, some Horned Frogs fans want the winner of Ohio State-Oregon to play TCU after Monday night.

The fans showed up to the game in Arlington, Texas, and were spotted holding up the banner that read "Winner plays TCU."
Of course, that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works.
TCU missed out on the playoff after it finished the season strong and was snubbed along with Baylor. Still, just because you may have missed out on the playoff, that doesn't mean you can skip the semis and jump to being able to say you were good enough to play a champion.
