That’s the topic of “Angry Bender” this week. Julius, Penn State’s 271-pound kicker, has taken cheap shots in consecutive weeks from Minnesota’s Jaylen Waters and Maryland’s Isaiah Davis, who each targeted Julius with hits on kickoff. Both players were ejected.
