Bobby Petrino is getting a leg up on the competition when it comes to recruiting the 2020 quarterback crop.
Tee Webb, a 13-year-old signal caller from Carrollton, Ga., tweeted Thursday he has received a scholarship offer from Petrino to play football for Louisville.

Webb is a 6-3, 165-pound seventh-grader. According to his Hudl account, he’s the 25th-ranked quarterback in the Class of 2020. McGee is Louisville's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Webb’s announcement was met with mixed results on Twitter.
@teewebb9 @GarrickMcGee Petrino is scum of the earth. Hey kid...what kind of guy offers 13 year olds scholarships? Think about that.

Louisville ranked 42nd in passing in the nation last year. Unfortunately for the Cardinals, Webb still has to get through high school first.
