According to multiple reports, a jet is en route from Gainesville, Fla., to Fort Collins, Colo., home of Colorado State coach Jim McElwain.

McElwain, who led Colorado State to a 10-2 record this season, is considered a front-runner for the vacant coaching job at Florida. He served as Alabama’s quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator from 2008-11.
