The prices for those sandwiches run from $15 to $20, according to Legends officials.

Outside the stadium, Legends will feed fans at the Championship Tailgate party with fried treats tied to the State Fair of Texas, street tacos, wood-fired pizzas and Cajun specialties, featuring signature recipes from celebrity chefs Abel Gonzales, Ivan Pugh and Raul Rios. The tailgate opens at noon and runs until 6 p.m., 90 minutes before kickoff.

In the premium areas, the food vendor expects to serve 4,000 pounds each of short rib and brisket, 8,000 pounds of truffled mac and cheese, 12,000 sliders and 16,000 orders of nachos.

A crowd of up to 80,000 is expected to attend tonight's game and with AT&T Stadium pinpointed as the center of the sports universe, Legends has boosted its staffing to more than 4,000 workers, an increase of 35 percent over a typical Cowboys game.

"The template is identical to Super Bowl," said Legends Senior Vice President Michael Bekolay.
