UConn has added another solid player to help reload after missing the NCAA Tournament this past season.
Former Seton Hall guard Sterling Gibbs has decided to transfer to UConn, he announced via Twitter on Saturday afternoon.

The 6-2 guard averaged 16.3 points and 3.8 assists last season for the Pirates, ranking in the top five in the Big East in both categories. He visited Pittsburgh and Ohio State before settling in with UConn after a two-day visit and is the Huskies' second graduate transfer this offseason. Cornell forward Shonn Miller announced he would transfer to UConn in April.
Gibbs began his college career at Texas before transferring to Seton Hall. Since he sat out a year before playing there and earned his degree this spring, he will be eligible to play immediately this fall.
