Georgia State head coach suffers torn Achilles during Sun Belt championship celebration image

On Sunday afternoon the Georgia State Panthers punched their ticket to March Madness with a 38-36 win over Georgia Southern in the Sun Belt championship game.

But immediately following the win, head coach Ron Hunter suffered a torn Achilles tendon while celebrating with his son and Panthers' star player R.J. Hunter, according to Doug Roberson of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution .

We've seen celebration injuries before, but rarely, if ever, does a coach go down. Then again, March is a crazy month.
