The all-star game, now in its 14th year, boasts more than 100 first-round draft picks, including 63 lottery picks. This year, the West team outlasted the East team, 118-116 in the game played in Brooklyn, N.Y. The East trailed by double digits early in the second half, but picked up on defense to get back into it.

Cheick Diallo (undeclared), who was crowned the McDonald's All-American Game MVP earlier in the month after a 19-point performance, was named co-MVP Friday after scoring 26 points (12 of 16 field goals) and grabbing 11 rebounds. Diallo shared MVP honors with the West's Allonzo Trier. The future Arizona Wildcat scored 26 points (8 of 10 field goals) to go along with four rebounds.
