Shortly after being hired by his alma mater in 2013, it was discovered that Jordan hadn't completed his coursework to receive a bachelor's degree from the school.
Jordan started on his quest to complete his coursework in 2013, but it took longer than expected due to finish as his original major was no longer offered by the university. He switched to Labor and Employment Relations from Health and Physical Education.
He has complied a 22-43 record in two seasons at Rutgers.
