Houston was unable to dig itself out of an early 19-point hole in a 113-106 loss to Golden State as Harden had a poor shooting night despite registering his 20th triple-double of the season.
The MVP candidate was just 5 of 20 from the field, including 1 of 9 from beyond the arc. His teammate Trevor Ariza was also cold from the floor, going 4 of 10 from the field with also just one 3-pointer made.
Rockets guard James Harden totals in three games versus Warriors this season: 19-56 FG, 3-25 3s, 20 TOs.

Speaking of blood, there was that, too.
Warriors forward James Michael McAdoo needed seen stitches after smashing his head against the court when Trevor Ariza fell on top of him in the first quarter.
Stephen Curry led the way with 32 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists while fellow Splash Brother Klay Thompson scored 25. Draymond Green, who briefly exited with a leg injury, added 19 points, nine rebounds, four assists and three steals as the Warriors won their eighth straight game.
The Rockets will look for payback when facing the Warriors again on Saturday for the second time in four days.
