Green had been jawing with Wizards players and the referees throughout Friday's game at Oracle Arena, but the situation got ugly when Beal grabbed him around the neck after a Warriors rebound in the final 20 seconds of first half.

The two interlocked and eventually fought their way behind the basket. The players were forcefully separated by Felix, Morris and others. When Green got out of the huddle his jersey was in tatters.

Beal was ejected from the Warriors' 120-117 win for initiating the incident and has been fined $50,000. Green, who continued the incident by confronting Beal and failing to disengage from him, was ejected for fighting, and has been fined $25,000, the NBA announced.

In addition, Wizards forward Kelly Oubre Jr. has been fined $15,000 for aggressively entering the altercation.
