The Oklahoma City Thunder advance to the second round of the NBA postseason — winning their first playoff series in eight years.

The Thunder made light work of the Pelicans, advancing in a sweep, capped off by a 97-89  win in Game 4.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams led the way in Game 4 with 24 points apiece, while Josh Giddey chipped in 14 points on 4-of-7 from the 3-point line. 

The Thunder will now await the winner of the Clippers vs Mavericks first round series.
