The Sixers rookie left the game in the fourth period with what appeared to be a sprained right ankle.

According to CSN's Jessica Camerato, X-rays came back negative and the 21-year-old will be re-evaluated on Wednesday (AEDT).

Simmons sat out the Sixers' game on Sunday (AEDT) against the Orlando Magic with a banged up elbow. He made his return to the lineup on Tuesday and didn't shot any real affects of the injured elbow.

Before leaving Tuesday's game Simmons posted 10 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
