Anderson hit 12 of 21 field goal attempts, including 6 of 11 from 3-point range, to help the Pelicans (2-11) hand the Spurs (9-3) the loss in New Orleans.

Friday’s game marked Anderson’s second-straight 30-point performance. He’s averaging 17.6 points and 7.2 rebounds this season.

Aldridge was solid for the Spurs, scoring 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds, while Kawhi Leonard collected 22 points. Duncan had an off night, finishing with six points and no rebounds.

"We just love playing the game," Davis said of the Pelicans. "We know that we're struggling right now, but games like this kind of get us going."
