Nuggets management appears to think things are on the up and up in the Mile High City.
Such is evident after Denver inked general manager Tim Connelly to a new multi-year extension on Tuesday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Connelly has served as Nuggets general manager since 2013. He has overseen the re-signing of Kenneth Faried, Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler as well as the drafting of rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay and the trade that brought Will Barton to Denver.
The team has missed the playoffs in each of the past two seasons, and is off to a 16-25 start this year.
