Millsap, 32, signed a two-year, $61 million deal this offseason, with a $30 million option for the 2019-2020 season. He originally injured his wrist Sunday against the Lakers.

The four-time All-Star averaged 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game this season before his injury. Millsap was added to bring more muscle and rebounding prowess to Denver's guard-heavy lineup, but his injury will force Kenneth Faried back into the starting lineup.

The Nuggets (10-7) have won five of their last seven games with Nikola Jokic leading the team in scoring at 15.6 points per game.
