The 7-0 center suffered the concussion Friday in the first overtime of the Thunder's 119-117 triple-overtime win over the 76ers. Adams was defending Philadelphia center Joel Embiid when he took a blow to the head.

Adams continued playing, although he fouled out late in the third overtime. He finished with five points, well below his average of 13.7 per game.

The team said Adams will be re-evaluated Sunday. Adams  missed two games while in the concussion protocol last season in January. OKC begins a three-game homestand Monday night against the Nuggets.
