NBA Draft picks 2023: Complete results, list of selections from Rounds 1-2 image

Finalize your mock drafts and big boards, folks. The 2023 NBA Draft is here.

By all accounts, the Spurs will kick off Thursday night's draft by taking Victor Wembanyama with the No. 1 overall pick. The 19-year-old is one of the most exciting prospects in sports history, so there will almost certainly be no drama to start the evening.

After the Wembanyama selection, things will get interesting. The Hornets will have their pick of Brandon Miller or Scoot Henderson at No. 2, but it is still unclear which way they're leaning. The Blazers sit at No. 3, but there are rumors they could trade their pick in exchange for a star to give Damian Lillard some help.

Of course, teams outside of the top three will also be working the phones and discussing potential deals. It could be a busy night, but don't worry — The Sporting News is here to help you follow along with all of the draft-day action.

TSN's live tracker will cover all of the picks and key trades from the 2023 NBA Draft. Stay locked in right here for the latest updates.
