NBA All-Star rosters 2023: Full results, draft picks for Team LeBron vs. Team Giannis image

For the first time in NBA All-Star history, the teams were school-yard style just moments ahead of the game.

LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo served as captains, alternating picks on stage until they filled their All-Star teams.

Team Giannis had the first pick at the pool of reserves, then picks alternated until there were no reserves remaining. Team LeBron then had the first pick at the pool of starters, with picks alternating until there were no players available.

Team Giannis selected Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard with the first pick of the reserves, while Team LeBron rebutted with Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards.

With the first crack at starters, Team LeBron selected 76ers big man Joel Embiid, while Team Giannis responded with another Eastern Conference star, Celtics forward Jayson Tatum.

Below, you can find the full All-Star rosters and draft order from the first-ever All-Star Draft.
