Michael Jordan is old(er) but he's still, you know, Michael Jordan.
The Charlotte Hornets' owner, arguably the greatest basketball player ever to lace up a pair of mid-tops, has never lacked confidence. So, should we really be surprised at the fact he told a French media outlet he's certain he can beat his players 1-on-1 despite being 52-years-old? Probably not.
Jordan said he used to go down and play with his players, but he doesn't anymore though he still lends his advice from the executive suit when asked.
"I'm pretty sure I can. So, I don't wanna do that--demolish their confidence." Jordan said when asked if he could win against current Hornets. "So, I stay away from them and let them think they're good but I'm too old to do that anyway."
