LeBron James doesn’t appear willing to settle for second place again this season.
In fact, James has called his Cavaliers teammates down to Miami for pre-training camp workouts, the Northeast Ohio Media Group reported, adding that the workouts will run from the middle of this week to early next week.
"I think it's great what LeBron is doing," Cavaliers guard Joe Harris said. "LeBron is the leader of our team. He's setting the tone and wants to make sure we're getting work in and going into camp with the same attitude and mentality. He's focused and wants to make sure we're all on the same page. He's on a mission."
Any team with James on its roster is an early favourite to win an NBA title, and with Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving and Anderson Varejao coming back from season-ending injuries, the 2015-16 version of the Cavs is trying to find build championship chemistry early.
