Kings power forward DeMarcus Cousins left Saturday's game against the Grizzlies late in the fourth quarter after tweaking his left ankle.
ABC10 Sacramento's Sean Cunningham reported X-rays were negative, and that Cousins sprained the ankle.
The injury didn not look good, and Cousins needed to be carried to the Kings' locker room. He did not return to the game as Memphis (28-20) won 121-117.
