John Henson isn’t a big name in NBA circles, but he’s about to get paid like one.
The Bucks big man, entering his fourth season, has agreed to a four-year, $44 million deal that could add another $4 million should he reach incentives, according to Yahoo Sports.
At 6-11, the former North Carolina star is a solid defender who averaged two blocks per game last season. He also averaged 7.0 points and 4.7 rebounds, helping the Bucks earn a playoff berth in the process.
Milwaukee now has a wealth of young big men, including Henson, Greg Monroe, Jabari Parker and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
