Joe Ingles scores career-high in Jazz's win over Hornets image

Joe Ingles and Donovan Mitchell stole the spotlight in Salt Lake City Saturday (AEDT) as the Utah Jazz overwhelmed the Charlotte Hornets, 106-94.

Mitchell led the Jazz with 25 points and previewed his Slam Dunk Contest appearance with a pair of monstrous slams, as the Jazz grabbed their eighth straight victory; the franchise's longest since 2010. 

Joe Ingles scored a career-high 23 points with six assists and five rebounds whilst Rudy Gobert added 20 points and 11 rebounds, securing a dominant double-double. 

All-Star guard, Kemba Walker led the Hornets with 19 points who dropped their third consecutive game. Frank Kaminsky added 14 off the pine whilst Nic Batum tallied 13 for Charlotte. 

A late 16-5 run by the Jazz allowed them to pull away from the Hornets securing a 91-79 lead early in the fourth. Utah held the visitors to 17 points in the final quarter, securing the W at home.
