Stephen Curry will probably be playing Sunday.

Thursday, Warriors coach Steve Kerr chose to sit the reigning NBA MVP and the league's scoring champ for the second game in a row since he tweaked his ankle this past Saturday in the first-round playoffs series opener against the Rockets. However, he likely won't be able to afford to rest his superstar after James Harden lifted the Rockets to a 97-96 victory in Game 3.

Harden sank his patented stepback jumper over veteran Andre Iguodala, the Warriors' best perimeter defender, with 2.7 seconds to go to shrink Golden State's series lead to 2-1.

Harden finished with a game-high 35 points on 11-for-26 shooting to go along with eight rebounds and nine assists.

Marreese Speights led the Warriors with 22 points of the bench, and Klay Thompson chipped in with 17.
