The crowd on hand at the TD Garden evidently got under the Warriors' skin during their 116-100 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the 2022 NBA Finals.
Boston's fans were vocal from the start of the game and particularly targeted Golden State forward Draymond Green. The crowd hit the Warriors' instigator with "F— you Draymond!" chants during introductions for the contest and continued them throughout its duration.

The Warriors didn't take kindly to the treatment of Green, and Klay Thompson was particularly irked by it. He was asked about the crowd following the game and took dig at the Celtics faithful.
"We've played in front of rude people before," Thompson told reporters. "Dropping F-bombs with children in the crowd. Really classy. Good job, Boston."

Those comments certainly won't endear Thompson to Celtics fans. In fact, he has probably established himself as the prime target of the Boston crowd in Game 4.

But Thompson isn't alone in his opinion of the crowd. Steve Kerr chided the Boston fans and, like Thompson, said that they were "real classy."
Meanwhile, Green's wife Hazel Renee echoed Thompson's sentiments in an Instagram story. She called the behavior of the Boston crowd "disgusting" and "shameful" and noted that her children had to listen to the chants throughout the night.
Tough loss BUT in NO WAY, shape or form should fans be allowed to chant obscenities at players! Are they not human? Is someone standing at your job saying off the wall things at you? The @nba has the audacity to have a whole code of conduct card at every seat about their fans and their behavior and how they could be ejected from a game or banned but a whole crowd/section/numerous people get to chant F**k YOU DRAYMOND or call him a B**** or MF?! And nothing?? Like that's okay?! @warriors fans would NEVER!! My kids were at the game tonight hearing that mess! Very DISGUSTING of you little @celtics fans Just shameful!

What does Green think of all of this? He said that the crowd did what he expected in his postgame interview. He also explained that he usually likes playing the villain "but didn't really feed off of it tonight."

Ironically, he also made a profane comment about his performance which came with his son sitting next to him.
"I played like s—," Green said.
