In the Toronto Raptors 95-91 win over the Portland Trailblazers, Ross, who's from Portland threw down one of the best in game dunks of the year.
Unfortunately for Ross and the Raps he was forced to leave the game with a wrist injury as a result of the dunk.
His all-star teammates DeMar DeRozan offered up a hot take on the former Slam Dunk champion's hometown blunder.
"He just wanted to get Instagram famous and be on highlights and all that," DeRozan told CBS Sports' Ananth Pandian. "But stuff like that, get us going, gets the bench on their feet. Gets us cheering, give us some type of boost that we need to help us offensively."
Joking aside, Ross has been enjoying arguably his best season to date with Toronto averaging 10.4 points per game off the bench.
