The Bucks looked like they were hitting their stride at the right time last season. Then, injury struck.

In Game 2 of Milwaukee's first-round series with Chicago in the 2022 NBA Playoffs, Khris Middleton suffered a knee injury that sidelined him for the remainder of the postseason. The Bucks didn't need their second-leading scorer to outlast the Bulls, but they came up short against the Celtics in the second round, losing in seven hard-fought games.

As long as the Bucks have their core of Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday healthy, they'll have as good of a shot as any team at winning the title.

According to FanDuel, the Bucks are +550 to win the 2022-23 championship, giving them the second-best odds in the league. The only team ahead of them is the Celtics.

Below, you can find the Bucks' entire schedule for the 2022-23 season along with their national TV games and a prediction on their final record.

Bucks 2022-23 record prediction

According to FanDuel, the Bucks' win total over/under for the 2022-23 season is set at 53.5.

This is a toss-up, but after winning the title in 2021 and losing to Middleton to injury in the 2022 NBA Playoffs, the Bucks will likely be playing the long game rather than trying to rack up as many regular-season wins as possible.

Could the Bucks win 54-plus games? Absolutely. Will they? I'm going with the ever-so-slight under.

Prediction: 53-29
