Two Antetokounmpo brothers weren't enough for the Bucks. They're adding one more to the organization.
On Monday, the Wisconsin Herd, Milwaukee's G League affiliate, announced that they had acquired Alex Antetokounmpo in a trade with the Raptors 905, Toronto's G League affiliate. The Herd sent Jalen Lecque and a second-round pick in the 2023 G League Draft to Raptors 905 in exchange for the 6-8, 214-pound forward.
Alex is the youngest of the Antetokounmpo brothers currently playing professional basketball — he is behind Thanasis (Bucks), Giannis (Bucks) and Kostas (ASVEL Basket) — but just how good is the soon-to-be 21-year-old?

Alex Antetokounmpo bio, highlights, scouting report
Back in 2019, Giannis told Bleacher Report that Alex had the potential to be better than him. Giannis may have simply been praising his brother, but that set the bar unfairly high for Alex, who has not yet played in an NBA game.
Alex did flash some talent as a prospect, though. He starred at Dominican High School in Whitefish Bay, Wisc., becoming a two-time all-state selection. Jim Gosz, Alex's high school coach, told Bleacher Report that he showed "signs of greatness at times."
He skipped college, passing on Division I offers from schools such as DePaul, Ohio and Wisconsin-Green Bay.
"I want to become a pro as soon as possible," Alex told Eurohoops in 2020. "I was born and raised in Europe, I know European basketball and the best thing for me would be to sign a contract with a European club. I will have to train and compete against grown men, I will experience strong competition and pressure and I will evolve on every level."
Alex spent one season with Spanish team UCAM Murcia before declaring for the 2021 NBA Draft. He went undrafted but landed on the Kings' Summer League roster. He later joined the Raptors' G League affiliate, averaging 2.6 points and 1.4 rebounds in 15 games last season.
Overall, Alex has displayed some impressive athleticism and improved his skill set, but he clearly isn't ready to be a player in an NBA rotation at this point in his career. He will have another chance to prove himself with the Herd.
