Addin Fonua-Blake's return to the Manly Sea Eagles lineup couldn't have come at a better time - and head coach Des Hasler is well aware of that fact.
The 24-year old was suspended for two games after a verbal tirade at a referee in round 8, and will return on Friday night against the Cowboys.
Fonua-Blake was arguably the form front-rower of the competition before his suspension and will be looking to stop the likes of Jason Taumalolo and Josh McGuire this weekend.

Speaking to the media on Thursday morning, Hasler spoke highly of Fonua-Blake and believes he is among the best forwards in the game today.
“It’s timely," he said.
"Their forward pack has McGuire, Taumalolo, (Coen) Hess, (Francis) Molo and some young players, and their 9 (Reece Robson) is playing very well. We are going to need every resource that we have.
"He’s been playing great footy – the growth and maturity in his game has been enormous. He’s up there with the best of them, that’s for sure.
"It’s not so much in measurable qualities, it’s the influence and the confidence that he gives players."
Fonua-Blake joined the club in 2016 and has played 90 games for the Sea Eagles, as well six Test matches for Tonga.

Hasler revealed his work ethic off the field during his suspension and the way he has been helping younger players is showing that he is maturing.
“He’s trained really hard, he has been very diligent in what he has been going about," he said.
"He has been very resourceful and offering great support with the junior players. He has been really accountable in that area…he has maintained his training and looking forward to getting back on the park.
"I think he understands well and truly…he has made great amends."
