Phillip Island MotoGP: Qualifying start time in Australia

Qualifying will take place over two sessions on Saturday, October 21.

Q1 is slated for 10:50 am - 11:05 am AEDT, with Q2 to follow from 11:15 am - 11:30 am AEDT.

Phillip Island MotoGP: Race start time in Australia

The Australian MotoGP main race will take place on Saturday, October 21, moved forward one day due to inclement weather being forecast.

Lights out at Phillip Island is set for 3:10 pm AEDT.

Phillip Island MotoGP: Sprint race start time in Australia

This weekend's sprint race will now take place on Sunday, October 22.

It is scheduled for a 2:00 pm AEDT start.

  • Practice 1: 10:45 am - 11:30 am
  • Practice 2: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Saturday, October 21:

  • Free Practice: 10:10 am - 10:40 am
  • Qualifying 1: 10:50 am - 11:05 am
  • Qualifying 2: 11:15 am - 11:30 am
  • Race: 3:10 pm

Sunday, October 22:

  • Warm Up: 9:40 am - 9:50 am
  • Sprint race: 2:00 pm

How to watch Phillip Island MotoGP: TV and streaming in Australia

Fox Sports - who show every MotoGP race live throughout the season - will broadcast the Grand Prix. 

Channel 10 is also covering all the action live on free-to-air, as they did with the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix earlier this year.

For those fans looking to stream the event, it will be available on Kayo Sports and 10 Play.
