UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has hinted at a huge fight on Twitter against Dominick Reyes - and it could be happening a lot sooner than expected.
With rumours circling that the controversial 32-year old could be set for a mega-fight with Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya in 2021, it is positive news to hear Jones is on the comeback trail.

'Bones' took to Twitter on Thursday night (AEDT) to say that his next fight could be as soon as a few weeks time - although that does seem like he could be just teasing.
Just a few weeks away from my next fight, can’t wait for you guys to find out when.

However, after fans began to start asking questions, Jones pretty much confirmed that the man he will be facing in his next fight will be No.4 ranked contender Reyes.
Yep, I’m going to run this light heavyweight division dry https://t.co/9gLoryVrU0

Reyes is undefeated in MMA with a 12-0 record, but has never faced somebody at the level of Jones before.
Jones has suffered just one loss in his career - all the way back in 2009.
The fight will likely take place in early 2020, and with a clash against Adesanya on the horizon this could be the beginning of a huge 12 months in mixed martial artists.
