UFC welterweight champ Leon Edwards (22-3) puts his strap on the line on home soil when he takes on Belal Muhammad (23-3-1) at UFC 304 in Manchester, UK on July 27 (July 28 in Australia).
Edwards has twice defended the belt since dethroning Kamaru Usman in dramatic fashion and, on this occasion, will be facing a man he's already shared the cage with.
Back in 2021, a fight between the pair was stopped and declared a No Contest after Muhammad was unable to continue following an eye poke.

Muhammad, a Chicago native, hasn't been defeated since early 2019 and while he has copped some criticism for his low finish rate, his resume of wins has undoubtedly earned him a shot at the belt.
In the chief support, another Englishman, Tom Aspinall (14-3), will look to defend his interim heavyweight championship in a rematch with Curtis Blaydes (18-4).
