Perth's Steve Erceg looks to cap a rapid rise to the UFC title when he takes on Alexandre Pantoja in the UFC 301 main event on Sunday, May 5 (in Australia).

Throwing down in Pantoja's home town of Rio de Janeiro, Erceg looks to knock off the flyweight champion and take the crown in just his fourth UFC appearance.

A win would make the 28-year-old Australia's only current UFC titleholder after Alex Volkanovski was dethroned by Ilia Topuria earlier this year.
