The UFC returns for its fourth pay-per-view event of 2017 on Saturday night with the UFC 211 fight card at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
The UFC 211 fight card features Miocic vs. dos Santos 2, a rematch for the UFC heavyweight championship of the world, as Stipe Miocic defends the gold against former heavyweight champ Junior dos Santos in the main event. The co-main event for the UFC women's strawweight title, Joanna Jędrzejczyk looks to defend the strap for the fifth consecutive time when she goes up against Jessica Andrade.
The first Miocic vs. dos Santos bout occured in December 2014 with dos Santos taking the victory by unanimous decision. It was a back-and-forth bloody fight between the two, and both were lucky to walk out of the arena.

Since the fight, Miocic has won four consecutive bouts, all by stoppage, including his title win over Fabricio Werdum at UFC 198 last May. A win would tie Miocic with Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez for most consecutive title defenses by a heavyweight.
Dos Santos has only fought twice since then, going 1-1 with his last fight coming in April 2016 when he dominated Ben Rothwell to win by unanimous decision. Dos Santos is just 3-3 in his last six fights, but he can erase the doubts with another win against Miocic; that would make him only the fifth UFC fighter to be a two-time heavyweight champion of the world.
As for the co-main event, Jędrzejczyk is the best 115-pound fighter in the world and it isn't even close at this point. Her striking ranks among the best in the UFC, and her ground game is improving with each fight.

Andrade will be Jędrzejczyk's toughest test to date, though. Ever since moving down to 115 pounds last June, Andrade has won three consecutive fights, all by stoppage.
UFC 211 is shaping up to be the best card so far this year from top to bottom. Here is all you need to know about UFC 211 and Miocic vs. dos Santos 2 (all times Eastern).
