WATCH: Paulie Malignaggi and Conor McGregor get into heated confrontation image

LAS VEGAS — As Conor McGregor made his grand arrival ahead of his highly anticipated Saturday bout against Floyd Mayweather, the UFC lightweight champion held a few brief sessions with the media.

While making his way to the exit, McGregor stopped once more to speak with the media. As McGregor was talking, former sparring partner Paulie Malignaggi listened intently to what he had to say.

Moments later, Malignaggi headed towards McGregor's manager Audie Attar. A few words were exchanged and McGregor headed towards Malignaggi, put his hand on his shoulder and asked what Attar said. Most of the words were inaudible but Malignaggi kept asking McGregor, ‘Did you bring your balls?’
