While Conor is off investing in his wealth belly, his new documentary Notorious is getting closer to being released.

The reigning UFC lightweight champ’s well documented rise from welfare to world-beating promises never before seen footage and behind the scenes interviews with the Irish cult figure.
With four years’ worth of footage going back as far as the former plumbing apprentice, sans tattoos, living in his mum’s spare bedroom with his girlfriend, it’ll be interesting to see if downtime Conor – the reflective, calm, almost vulnerable figure we’ve seen glimpses of after defeats (not the Mayweather one, clearly: he was bombed) – will be put on show.

If you’re a card-carrying member of Conor’s cult, you’ll recognise some of the footage. Some originally appeared on Irish broadcaster RTE’s six part Notorious documentary series that came out in 2015 and only tracked McGregor until he signed a UFC contract.
Will McGregor return to the Octagon anytime soon? He’s expected to fight again in 2018 and has said he has a passing interest in the winner of no. 3 ranked Tony Ferguson and no.8 Kevin Lee.
We’ll have to wait and see.
Keen for your Conor fix? Notorious lands in Australian cinemas on November 9 and is available on blue-ray, DVD and digital from November 29.
